Every flight starts with a route plan, a current weather check, and a load and balance check, and we will delay or move a flight if conditions are not right. We fly within the rules that govern aviation in Zimbabwe and we do not take shortcuts to keep a booking. If we ever judge a flight unsafe to operate, we will tell you plainly and work out another time. That is not us being cautious for show. It is the reason you get home.

The sooner the better, especially for weddings, proposals, and anything tied to a date. As a guide, aim for at least [lead time, e.g. 48 hours] for a straightforward charter and longer for events with a lot of moving parts. If your plan is last minute, message us anyway; we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
